Public offer to enter into a service agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. Individual Entrepreneur Смирнов Вадим Эдуардович, INN 143303727487, OGRNIP 324140000019995 (hereinafter, the Contractor) offers any legally capable individual (hereinafter, the User) to enter into an agreement on the terms of this offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1.2. The offer is accepted when the User makes a payment (tops up the balance) on the website rustbase.ru (hereinafter, the Website). Acceptance means full agreement with the terms of the offer and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides the User with services granting additional features on the game server of the “RustBase” project in the game Rust: virtual items, in-game options and other features whose list and prices are shown in the catalogue on the Website (hereinafter, the Services).

2.2. All virtual items and in-game options exist only within the gameplay, are not property, electronic money or securities, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

2.3. The internal balance of the Website is an accounting unit for Services that have been paid for but not yet provided. The balance is topped up via Robokassa (bank cards, SBP and other methods).

3. Provision of services

3.1. A Service is deemed provided at the moment the item or service is delivered on the game server. Delivery is automatic: immediately for an online player, or on the next login for an offline player.

3.2. To receive the Services, the User must sign in with Steam and play on the project server using the same account.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices for the Services are shown in the catalogue in Russian roubles. The Contractor may change the catalogue and prices; changes do not affect Services already paid for.

4.2. A fiscal receipt is sent to the e-mail address provided by the User at payment, in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

5. Refunds

5.1. No refunds are made for Services already provided (delivered items or services), except as required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The unused balance may be refunded upon the User’s written request to support@rustbase.ru, using the same method as the payment, within 10 business days.

5.3. If in-game sanctions are applied to the User for breaking the project rules (cheats, insults, etc., see the Rules), paid Services and the balance are not refundable.

6. Liability

6.1. The service is provided “as is”. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (Valve, hosting, payment services), scheduled maintenance and game updates, or for wipes (resets) of the game world that are part of the gameplay.

6.2. The RustBase project is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios.

7. Other terms

7.1. The Contractor may amend this offer; the new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.

7.2. Disputes are settled through a complaint procedure (response time — 10 business days), and then in court at the Contractor’s location.
