Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 and sets out how personal data of users of the website rustbase.ru (hereinafter, the Website) is processed.

1.2. Personal data operator: Individual Entrepreneur Смирнов Вадим Эдуардович, INN 143303727487, OGRNIP 324140000019995, e-mail: support@rustbase.ru (hereinafter, the Operator).

1.3. By using the Website, including signing in with Steam, the user agrees to this Policy.

2. Data processed

• Steam identifier (SteamID64), public Steam profile name and avatar;
• e-mail address — only if the user provides it voluntarily (to receive a fiscal receipt);
• technical data: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information;
• transaction information: balance top-ups, purchases, transfers within the Website.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data and does not collect bank card data — payments are processed by the Robokassa service (robokassa.com) on its side.

3. Purposes of processing

• identifying the user and providing access to the personal account;
• performing the agreement (offer): crediting the balance and delivering virtual goods on the game server;
• sending fiscal receipts in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ;
• ensuring the operation and security of the Website.

4. Legal grounds and retention

4.1. Processing is based on the user’s consent and is necessary to perform an agreement to which the user is a party (Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).

4.2. Data is stored until the account is deleted at the user’s request or until the retention periods required by law expire (at least 5 years for transaction records).

4.3. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

5. Cookies

The Website uses cookies: technical ones (the sign-in session — required) and functional ones. By continuing to use the Website after the cookie notice, the user agrees to their use. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings; in that case signing in will not work.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Data is not disclosed to third parties except: the Robokassa service (robokassa.com) — payment processing and fiscalization, Valve Corporation (Steam sign-in), and cases required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

7. User rights

The user may request information about the processing of their data, demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw consent by sending a request to support@rustbase.ru. Response time — 10 business days.

8. Final provisions

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at rustbase.ru/en/docs/privacy.
